Applied Fabricators, Inc. (AFAB) was started in 1984 by current partner Julie Reeve, and her late husband, Bob Reeve. Their youngest son, Brandon Reeve, became majority owner and president in 2008.

AFAB is a family-owned custom sheet metal fabricator located in Indianapolis, Indiana. We provide the highest quality of brake metal items with the most superb service. We have expert sheet metal fabricators that will not let anything go out the door without insuring its excellent quality. We never miss a deadline for metal requirements, and we can and do fabricate items that can be ready in minutes for those emergency situations.

AFAB is an architectural sheet metal shop, catering to the commercial glass and glazing industry and the commercial roofing industry. AFAB is a custom metal fabricator and does not stock any pre-fabricated items, as all are made to specification. However, AFAB does stock a wide variety of materials for those field emergencies.

The company’s idea started when late owner, Bob Reeve, ran a sheet metal shop with a local commercial roofing contractor. He realized that he could invest money, buy equipment, and fabricate metal for that company as well as many other commercial roofing contractors in the central portion of Indiana. AFAB is strictly a fabrication shop, and does not install. AFAB does not have any standard products that are stocked pre-fabricated. Most architectural metals require field dimension verifications, and almost every item is different in size, so AFAB only fabricates what is required by its customers.

In early 2010 AFAB acquired Circle City Copperworks LLC. (CCC), and moved CCC and its employees into AFAB’s larger shop. CCC fabricates intricate copper items including copper sinks, copper range hoods, and copper countertops; as well many other custom hand-made copper products.
