Want a career, instead of a job?
Do you want to make great money at a company that cares about you? Do you want the chance to grow your skills, learn cutting edge technology, and play with robots? (Yes, robots!)
AFAB is always considering new talent!
Join our team!
We are looking for men and women who are interested in a new and rewarding career. We are a growing architectural sheet metal fabricator that has big plans for expansion. We invest heavily in the latest technology, featuring cutting-edge machinery and equipment. We are looking for someone with an aptitude for sheet metal that also fits our culture.  Â
We are offering a $1000 referral fee!
If you simply refer someone to inquire to AFAB, make sure they mention your name. If they meet our standards, get hired, and after 90 days he/she realizes this is the career for them, we will pay you $1000!
Why AFAB?
We Care.
We are a family-owned business with a great reputation built on quality, speed and a care for our customers and teammates.
We Get It Done Right.
In our work, our customers depend on us to deliver precision and quality in the products we produce. If they’re not happy, we’re not happy… and we won’t quit until they’re satisfied. Like we say to our customers… grab a beer, we’ve got it from here!
WE, not me.
Metal fabrication is a team game. It requires everyone working together for the greater good.Â
We Own Our Mistakes and Our Successes.
Nobody is perfect, and we don’t expect that from our team. What we do expect is to raise your hand when you’ve made a mistake so we can make it right for our customer. No blaming, no yelling… just a commitment to get it done right the next time. And when we win… everyone celebrates!
We Are Positive, Grateful and Enthusiastic.
Look, no one likes to come to work with folks who are negative, complaining or who just don’t want to be there. It makes the work day last longer, feel more difficult, and less fun. We want people who are looking for reasons to be happy.
